Not only have we worked with our packaging vendors to re-design our cartons to minimize damages, we have also discontinued the old concealed damage policy. Customers are no longer responsible for concealed damage charges! In addition, all orders for Quick Ship items with a net amount of $750.00 or more will be entitled to FREE FREIGHT. (Some restrictions apply.)

Definitions

Quick Ship: products that are pre-made and ready to ship when you order them. You don’t make changes to these.
Made-to-order: all catalog products except the stocked, quick-ship items are built when you order them. These include catalog items where you choose colors & options.
Customized: If you can’t find exactly what you want in the Quick Ship or Made-to-Order catalog items — colors, finishes, surfaces, sizes, etc. — we make it to your specifications.
