| General: |
Provide smallest possible, lightweight, and detachable device that converts any conventional whiteboard into an electronic or interactive marker board. Device must attach to whiteboard with exchangeable brackets and to a computer via a native USB cable. The device must come complete with pen sleeves, cables, markers, batteries, software and all accessories necessary for complete installation. |

- Capable of real time recording, saving and printing of notes and diagrams drawn on standard marker board
- Capable of real-time sharing of whiteboard data and background images via included server/client software
- Capable of sharing notes over Internet or local network without third-party software
